Job summary

IHOP is seeking an operations supervisor to direct the unit by overseeing staffing, training, and daily functions to meet budgeted goals. The role emphasizes building strong guest and employee relationships and maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will develop and implement training programs, ensure SOP compliance, and support marketing and guest-service objectives while coordinating with the General Manager. A high school diploma and 2–4 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to speak and read English; interpret safety and operating manuals.
• Valid Driver’s License required; IHOP training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for hourly employees to improve operations.
• Assist in execution of annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Ensure proper supplies, equipment condition, and safety/sanitation practices.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees; complete required reports.
