Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise craft employees at the unit.
• Assist the GM with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation.
• Ensure inventory, supplies, and equipment are maintained.
• Help recruit, train, and retain staff per SOPs and plans.
• Support execution of annual financial, marketing, guest service, and HR objectives.
