Job summary

IHOP is seeking a responsible Operations Supervisor to direct the unit by ensuring guest satisfaction, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulations.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, train crew, handle scheduling, and participate in safety and financial objectives to drive unit performance.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2-4 years of related experience, strong English skills, and IHOP certification coursework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2-4 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for hourly staff.
• Assist in executing financial, marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and SOP.
• Recruit, train and retain unit staff.
• Maintain supplies and equipment in good condition.
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices are followed.
• Assist in completing required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
