Job summary

IHOP is seeking a General Manager to direct the operation of an assigned unit by executing SOPs, managing staff, and delivering guest experiences. You will develop training programs, maintain relationships with guests and crew, and ensure compliance with regulations while achieving financial and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, evaluating performance, managing inventory, and maintaining food quality and safety standards to drive guest satisfaction and unit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to lead and train hourly employees and manage guest relations.
• Driver's license required for company business.
