IHOP is seeking a unit operations leader to direct daily workflows and drive guest satisfaction in coordination with the General Manager. You will oversee staffing, training, and adherence to SOPs while ensuring safety and quality across the unit.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on budgeted goals, and the ability to build constructive relationships with team members and guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Valid Driver’s License may be required for business travel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Assist in executing annual financial, marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of staff.
• Maintain adequate levels of supplies and proper equipment conditions.
