IHOP is seeking a capable Operations Unit Director to drive store performance, guest experience, and compliance. You will supervise craft staff, coordinate with the General Manager, and ensure SOP adherence across operations.

You will oversee staffing, training, and reporting while maintaining inventory and safety standards. This role requires a high school diploma/GED and 2–4 years of related experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience or training.
• Ability to speak and read English; interpret safety and maintenance procedures.
• Willingness to obtain IHOP training certifications as required.

Aufgaben

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Assist in executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for the unit.
• Aid in recruitment, training and retention of staff per SOP and operations plan.
• Maintain adequate supplies and ensure proper operational condition of equipment and facilities.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security practices per SOP.
• Prepare required reports and paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
