Job summary

Nextgen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume fast casual dining floor in Los Angeles. You will coach a driven team, shape the guest experience, and own results, with a base salary in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage shifts, drive service speed and guest satisfaction, control labor and food costs, and ensure food safety and brand standards across busy lunch and dinner periods.

• Proven restaurant management experience in high-volume settings.
• Strong leadership with a talent for developing people.
• Calm, decisive problem solving during peak rushes.
• Working knowledge of P&L, labor, and cost control.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
