Job summary

Nextgen Hospitality Solutions in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a seasoned restaurant leader to run a busy, full-service operation. You will direct a lively hourly team, guide service during peak periods, and ensure every guest experience meets our standards.

This role offers a base salary of 75,000 to 85,000 per year, bonus potential, and comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, plus a 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in high-volume, full-service dining.
• Experience building and leading fast-paced front and back-of-house teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to stay calm and decisive during peak service.
