Sage Hospitality Partners seeks a Restaurant General Manager for a high-volume, full-service national BBQ chain. The GM will lead daily operations, deliver exceptional food and hospitality, and build a strong team while driving profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid financial-management skills, including an understanding of restaurant costs and profitability.
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operating instructions, maintenance procedures, and company policies.
• Ability to prepare reports, schedules, business correspondence, and operational action plans.
• Clear, confident communication skills when working with guests, team members, leadership, and groups.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience and address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and restaurant appearance.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational programs consistently.
• Manage labor, inventory, food costs, and other controllable expenses to support restaurant profitability.
• Communicate performance results, staffing needs, priorities, and action plans to the Area Director.
• Ensure compliance with food safety requirements, workplace regulations, and company procedures.
