Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC, the licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, seeks an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations in our busy location. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and development of hourly team members while ensuring a safe, welcoming dining environment and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, guiding assistants, and maintaining high performance through clear benchmarks and ongoing communication.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and developing hourly team members, including scheduling and evaluation.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Be the primary resource for hourly staff and address daily needs and concerns.
• Set clear benchmarks and expectations for assistants and staff to ensure smooth shifts.
• Oversee performance of assistants and hourly staff with ongoing follow-up and communication.
• Respond to immediate store needs as they arise.
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience.
• Enforce all store operations policies, procedures, and programs.
• Report information to Area Director with plans of action and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain 50-hour workweek with flexibility for peak seasons.
