ACGBBQ, LLC, a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, hire and train hourly staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will maintain a safe, professional environment and drive performance across shifts.

The role requires at least two years of restaurant management, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A 50-hour workweek and peak-season flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work a 50-hour week and handle peak demands.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, developing, scheduling, and evaluating hourly team members.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Be the go-to resource for hourly team members and address their needs daily.
• Set clear benchmarks and expectations for staff to ensure smooth shifts.
• Oversee performance and follow-up with assistant managers and staff.
• Respond to immediate store needs as they arise.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.
• Enforce all operations policies, procedures, and programs.
• Report information to Area Director with plans of action and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be flexible to work up to 50 hours per week, with extra hours during peak seasons.
