RibCrib BBQ is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations of a busy dining room. This role directs hourly staff, ensures guest satisfaction, and maintains high standards in food quality and safety.

The GM will recruit, train, and coach team members, manage scheduling and performance, and monitor costs while upholding company policies and driving a positive operating culture.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum management experience in a full service restaurant.
• Experience managing back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers and staff; strong leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and policy adherence.
• Lead scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for hourly staff.
• Monitor food costs, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
