IHOP is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant unit, drive guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations. You will build strong relationships with guests and team members, implement training programs, and execute financial and marketing plans per SOPs.

The role requires overseeing staffing, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, handling budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this position.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure safety and quality

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives as defined by SOPs.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain guest contact while addressing complaints promptly.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations for the unit.
• Recruit, train and retain employees; manage performance and documentation.
• Ensure food safety, proper plating, temperatures, and efficient service.
• Maintain inventory and par levels, order supplies, and control costs.
• Complete required reports and paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
