IHOP seeks a General Manager to lead an assigned unit, directing daily operations, personnel, and guest experiences. The role emphasizes building relationships, implementing training programs, and achieving financial and service objectives.

You will oversee staffing, food safety, marketing initiatives, and SOP adherence while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and regulatory compliance across the unit.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives.
• Manage the restaurant floor and address guest complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff, conduct coaching and appraisals.
• Maintain food safety, inventory, and equipment standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
