IHOP is seeking a General Manager to lead a unit, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure operations meet SOPs and financial goals. The role emphasizes staff development, training, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will oversee service, food quality, inventory, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining strong guest relationships and delivering a consistent guest experience across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience.
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and train hourly staff and management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives for the unit.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain guest satisfaction and timely complaint handling.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees and administer the hourly compensation plan.
• Ensure food compliance with SOPs and proper presentation and temperatures.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and control costs to minimize waste.
• Develop safety, security, and sanitation programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
