Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid Driver’s License will be necessary to drive a car on Company business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and the guest experience.
• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resources objectives as defined by SOP and operations plans.
• Manage the restaurant floor and interact with guests to resolve complaints promptly and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the unit.
• Recruit, train and retain staff, conduct coaching, document performance, and enforce policies on harassment, discrimination and diversity.

Education
