Job summary

Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach hourly team members, and drive sales and profitability. You will oversee openings, closings, and shift coverage while maintaining high standards of guest service and food safety.

This role requires a high level of leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities including scheduling, HR paperwork, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in related position preferred.
• Background check required.
• Valid State driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple restaurants.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed and model excellent operations knowledge.
• Responsible for building sales and restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Maintain GER compliance by meeting or exceeding a 70% passing score.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, including daily bank deposits.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Uphold Cicis cleanliness standards per daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Submit HR paperwork timely (incidents, terminations, pay changes, promotions, etc.).
• Ensure schedules are completed by Thursday EOD for Area Coach review.
• Take corrective actions in disciplinary situations with Area Coach and HR.
• Complete weekly paperwork and admin duties to Support Center.
• Follow POP requirements and participate in Local Marketing initiatives.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings.
