Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• SERV Safe certification is preferred.
• Background check clearance required.
• Valid State driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel between multiple restaurants as needed.
• Experience in a related management role preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations, including open, lunch, dinner, and closing shifts.
• Drive sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HR procedures.
• Maintain inventory, cash handling, and weekly orders.
• Uphold cleanliness and restaurant standards daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Coordinate with Area Coach and HR on disciplinary actions and paperwork.
• Engage in local marketing initiatives and attend scheduled meetings.
