Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with positive attitude and drive toward company goals.
• Cover Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed and model strong restaurant operations.
• Build sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Maintain compliance and ensure safety and HR paperwork processes are followed.
• Manage cash handling including deposits.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Uphold cleanliness standards with daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Ensure timely HR forms and scheduling per GM direction.
• Execute corrective actions with Area Coach and HR as needed.
• Complete weekly admin tasks and submit paperwork as required.
