Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have valid State driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple restaurants.
• Must have current vehicle insurance and the ability to become SERV Safe compliant.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed and lead operations.
• Responsible for Building Sales and managing restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire and develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Ensure GER compliance by meeting or exceeding a 70% passing score.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed including daily deposits.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies; keep equipment in good condition.
• Uphold Cicis cleanliness standards and complete cleaning checklists.
• Submit HR paperwork timely and coordinate with HR and Area Coach.
• Ensure schedules are completed for review by Area Coach and manage administrative duties.
