Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• SERV Safe certification is preferred.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Valid State driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations by modeling Cicis Guest Promise and driving enthusiasm.
• Open, lunch, dinner, and closing shifts as needed; maintain high proficiency in all restaurant areas.
• Build sales and manage profitability of the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members and supervisors.
• Maintain GER compliance with a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Enforce cash handling procedures, including daily bank deposits.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Uphold cleanliness standards per daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Manage HR paperwork and coordinate with GM, HR, and Area Coach for promotions and changes.
• Prepare schedules by Thursday EOD for Area Coach review.
• Execute disciplinary actions with Area Coach and HR guidance.
• Submit weekly paperwork to Support Center and participate in Local Restaurant Marketing
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings.
