The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and HR documentation, with a focus on compliance, training, and growth opportunities across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating excitement and commitment to objectives.
• Work open, lunch, dinner and closing shifts as needed; ensure proficiency in operations.
• Build sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Maintain GER compliance with a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and daily deposit processes.
