Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L understanding.
• Knowledge of Mecklenburg County food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and hourly staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure policy compliance and uphold standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost controls.
• Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Build relationships with vendors and community partners.
