Xperience Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the venues’ profitability, marketing, and daily operations. You will plan, delegate, coordinate and staff the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

You will drive budgeting, strategic marketing, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards across all shifts. Join us to lead a high-energy team in a culture that rewards growth and initiative.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Windows MS Office, OpenTable, Outlook.
• Knowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll management, purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls.
• Experience with POS systems and back office reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and lead by example.
• Create an environment of trust and mutual respect.
• Responsible for complete life cycle of all team members to include hiring, training, coaching/counseling, skill development and terminations.
• Develop the annual budget and closely manage the venue’s P&L.
• Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and procedures for the management team.
• Maintain highest standards of food and beverage quality, guest service, cost control, and consistency of service.
• Evaluate outside partner, contractor, and vendor relationships.
