Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English; interpret safety rules and manuals.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• Certification through IHOP training courses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives per SOP.
• Manage restaurant floor and focus on guest contact; handle complaints professionally.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Recruit, train and retain employees per SOP; conduct coaching and appraisals.
• Ensure food compliance with SOP for recipes, plating, and temperatures.
• Maintain inventory and supplies; order food timely and avoid stockouts.
• Ensure equipment, building, and premises meet regulations and SOP.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
• Develop and maintain a safety program and incident frequency targets.
• Implement marketing promotions per SOP and keep menus in good condition.
• Complete reports and paperwork; maintain personnel files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
