Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees.
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives per SOPs.
• Manage the restaurant floor and address guest feedback professionally and promptly.
• Recruit, train and retain staff; manage performance documentation and coaching.
• Ensure food safety/SOP compliance and proper inventory, supplies, and par levels.
