Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Two to four years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement training programs to improve unit operations and guest experience.
• Execute financial, marketing, guest service and HR objectives for the unit as defined by SOPs.
• Manage restaurant operations with focus on guest interaction and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; manage performance and coaching.
• Maintain food quality, inventory and supplies; ensure proper sanitation and safety.

Education

High school diploma or GED and two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
