• Valid Driver’s License required; IHOP training certifications preferred

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with IHOP employees and guests
• Implement the Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve unit operations and guest experience
• Execute annual financial, local marketing, guest service, and HR objectives per SOP and operations plan
• Manage restaurant floor, monitor guest feedback, and address complaints professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; recruit, train, and retain staff; conduct performance appraisals
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling; maintain inventory and par levels; supervise equipment and facilities
