Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from registration to checkout, provide information about the resort and local attractions, and assist with reservations and room rate quotes.

You will handle guest inquiries, process transactions, and maintain accurate folios with hospitality and teamwork. A professional appearance and excellent communication in English are essential to delivering memorable vacations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English is required.
• Ability to handle cash and follow cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through registration and checkout, issue unit keys, and provide resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and verify charges in guest folios.
• Complete checkout procedures and confirm accurate charges and credits.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups; provide room rate quotes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
