Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes and guest assistance.
• Guide guests through registration and issue keys.
• Process cash and credit card transactions.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly.
