Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests from registration to checkout, provide information about the resort and nearby attractions, and quote room rates while ensuring accuracy.

You will handle cash and card transactions, balance receipts, process reservations, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain a positive, hospitality-driven approach that enhances guest vacations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication in English.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the registration process and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier/money handling duties.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries.
