Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from around the world, assist with registration through checkout, and provide accurate information about the resort and local attractions.

You will handle room rate quotes, confirm reservations, process cash and card transactions, balance receipts, and ensure guest folios reflect correct charges and credits. You’ll respond quickly to inquiries and maintain a professional appearance with a positive attitude.
