Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Residential Outside Sales Representative in the New Orleans area to own an exclusive territory selling doors, openers, gates, and access solutions to homeowners and builders. You won’t wait for inbound leads; you’ll build your own pipeline with uncapped commissions and the support of an elite service team.

You’ll prospect daily, manage a full sales cycle, and develop relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years outside sales in residential construction or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop cold territory into a productive book of business.
• Valid driver's license; field presence every day.
• CRM proficiency for managing leads, activity, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Hunt: aggressive territory prospecting via cold calls, door knocks, and site visits to homeowners and builders.
• Build: conduct on-site assessments, translate needs into tailored solutions, and close fast.
• Build: develop high‑value relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
