Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Residential Outside Sales Representative to own an exclusive territory selling doors, openers, gates, and access solutions to homeowners and builders. You won’t wait for inbound leads; you’ll build your own pipeline from the ground up with uncapped commission and the backing of an elite service team.

You’ll hunt, build, and thrive by prospecting daily, developing relationships, and delivering tailored proposals through CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in residential construction, building products, home services, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a cold territory into a productive book of business through self-directed prospecting and relationship building.
• CRM proficiency with the ability to manage lead pipelines, track activity, and generate accurate proposals using modern sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Hunt: aggressive territory prospecting via cold calls, door knocks, and site visits to homeowners and builders to build the pipeline.
• Build: consultative solution selling, on-site assessments, and tailored proposals to close deals quickly.
• Thrive: manage the full sales cycle from first contact through close, maintain client relationships post-sale, and generate repeat business.
