DuraServ Corp. is seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative to own a local territory in the Atlanta area, including Suwanee, GA. You will prospect daily, diagnose client needs, and present engineered dock and door solutions to facility managers and contractors.

You will drive the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation, leveraging an uncapped commission structure and a collaborative team of service technicians. This role rewards initiative, resilience, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in outside sales, industrial services, construction, or equipment leasing.
• Proven territory management experience transforming cold territories into profitable book of business.
• CRM proficiency with modern sales tools for lead pipelines and technical data.

Responsabilités

• Aggressive territory prospecting with daily cold calls and site visits to identify opportunities.
• Solution-based consulting to diagnose needs and propose engineered dock/door solutions.
• Turn maintenance leads into long-term service contracts and capital upgrades in collaboration with technicians.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline by nurturing relationships with facility managers and contractors.
• Create accurate proposals and ensure job specs and safety requirements are met using CRM.
• Market the brand within the industrial sector via social networking, drop-ins, and professional presentations.
• Own the full sales process from discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
• Provide fast, proactive problem solving to keep operations running during disruptions.
