Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative — Residential to own an exclusive territory across the U.S. You’ll sell doors, openers, gates, and access solutions directly to homeowners and builders, building your own pipeline with uncapped commission and the support of an elite service team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years outside sales experience in residential construction or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop a cold territory into a productive book of business through self-directed prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Hunt: aggressive territory prospecting, daily cold calls, door knocks, and site visits to homeowners and builders.
• Build: conduct on-site assessments, translate needs into tailored solutions, close deals quickly.
• Proposal & quote management: create precise proposals with product specs and service terms.
• Cross-functional collaboration with service technicians and installation teams to ensure flawless delivery.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close with speed and decisiveness.
• Maintain client relationships post-sale, handle issues, protect accounts, and earn referrals.
