Job summary

Astound is hiring for a door-to-door residential outside sales role in the Greater Boston area. Start with a base salary of $39,900 plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $89,000.

You will prospect, qualify, and generate sales in an assigned territory, meeting customer needs with appropriate products and services. This is field-based outdoor work with a strong emphasis on self-motivation and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Walking and/or traveling to visit properties.
• Lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify and sell products and services to meet customer needs.
• Engage in technical discussions with customers through demonstrations and presentations.
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.
• Prepare sales information for customers.
• Distribute marketing material and participate in sales events.
• Remain knowledgeable on changes in product/service lines.
• Work outdoors in field-based environments.
