Astound is seeking a door-to-door residential outside sales representative in the Greater Boston area. The role offers a $39,900 base salary with uncapped commissions and a total on-target earnings potential of $89,000. 90% of work is in the field, outdoors, driving field-based engagement with customers.

You will prospect in your territory, present products, and drive sales with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Base plus incentives aim for top performers.

Qualificações

• Prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales in assigned territory.
• Identify and sell products/services to meet customer needs.
• Sales or marketing background in telecommunications is a plus.
• Engage in technical discussions via demonstrations and presentations.
• Execute sales strategy to increase territory sales.
• Prepare sales information for customers.
• Distribute marketing material and participate in events.
• Stay up-to-date on product/service changes and developments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work autonomously.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Must be detail oriented with strong time management skills.
