Astound is seeking a door-to-door residential outside sales representative in the Greater Boston area. Base salary starts at $39,900 with uncapped commissions and potential total earnings up to $89,000. The role is field-based with heavy emphasis on prospecting and direct customer engagement.

You will identify customer needs, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Benefits and bonus opportunities are available, reflecting strong performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Sales-quota driven, self-starter and autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
• Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations.
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.
• Prepare sales information for customers.
• Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events.
• Remain knowledgeable on changes in the product/service line.
• Work in a fast-paced field environment outdoors on a regular basis.
• Maintain excellent communication and time management in a quota-driven role.
