Job summary

Astound is seeking a door-to-door outside sales representative to service the Greater Boston, MA area. You will start with a base salary of $39,900 plus uncapped commissions, with potential to achieve total on-target earnings around $89,000 as you meet and exceed targets.

This field-based role requires prospecting, presenting, and closing with customers, traveling locally and building relationships. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and in field environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-quota driven and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet the customer’s needs.
• Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations.
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.
• Prepare sales information for customers.
• Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events.
• Remain knowledgeable on changes and developments within the product/service line.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.
