Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Receptionist who will foster connections among residents, team members, and visitors, creating positive first impressions through in-person, phone, and electronic interactions.

You will ensure visitors follow the visitor management system, wear name tags, and coordinate assistance for residents’ needs while providing administrative and sales support to the leadership team and Community.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and working within an office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming calls.
• Greeting visitors and residents warmly and direct them appropriately.
• Support Office Manager with required administrative tasks.
• Assist with resident maintenance requests.
• Manage transportation schedule.
• Ensure a constant stock of brochures, welcome packets, and related materials is readily available.
