Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for callers and visitors at our Alliance, NE location. The role includes handling mail, providing clerical support, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting guests, processing credits and returns, and recording return notes in NetSuite while supporting order processing and DDS-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office telephone systems.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and route inbound calls to the appropriate department.
• Welcome visitors, verify identification, and issue visitor badges.
• Maintain lobby security and manage the automated attendant.
• Process and document credits, returns, and error reports in NetSuite.
