The Scion Group seeks a General Manager to lead a student living property in Baton Rouge, LA. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue through strategic leadership and a customer‑centric approach.

In this role you will mentor staff, manage staffing, oversee vendor relationships, and partner with HR and talent platforms to recruit top talent while maintaining Scion standards across safety, compliance, and service, with occasional

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Wamiliar with turnover processes and annual budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Staff Development and People Leadership across the property.
• Oversee Property Administration, vendor management, and risk management.
• Direct Facilities & Capital planning, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Plan and manage annual turnover with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Drive Customer Experience and revenue targets through service excellence.
