The Scion Group is seeking a General Manager for a Columbia, MO community. You will lead staff, manage operations, control expenses and drive revenue performance in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, vendor and contract management, annual turnover processes, and maintaining guest and resident experience. Strong leadership, planning and budgeting skills are essential.

• 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred)

• Staff Development and Leadership: hire, train and lead team members; manage staffing levels including after-hours on-call shifts; elevate employee experience.
