Job summary

The Scion Group LLC in Statesboro, GA seeks a General Manager to lead a living community with a customer-centric focus. You will drive staffing, training, and operations to ensure high occupancy, profitability, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staff development, property administration, facilities & capital oversight, and revenue growth. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience managing living communities and strong leadership skills; Entrata experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred)
• Role requires daytime hours with some peak-time on-call responsibility

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, retain and train exceptional team members; provide leadership and coaching for staff performance.
• Manage all onsite staff training and compliance, including Fair Housing, safety and company policies.
• Oversee yearly turnover processes, vendor management and contract administration.
• Forecast and manage property financials including budgets, expenditures, NOI, and revenue targets.
• Maintain brand integrity and deliver Scion’s customer experience philosophy across the community.
