The Scion Group is seeking a General Manager for a Tuscaloosa property to lead operations, people and finances in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

You will drive revenue performance, oversee staffing and training, ensure compliance and safety, and partner with HR and legal for vendor and risk management. A customer-centric leader with 3+ years’ experience in living communities is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Exceptional written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Time management, conflict management and confidentiality are essential.
• Customer-centric mindset with 3+ years’ experience managing living communities.
• Proficient with property management systems; Entrata preferred.

Mansioni

• Staff Development and Leadership: recruit, train and lead teams; manage scheduling and on-call coverage.
• Property Administration: handle market, physical condition, policies and emergencies with partners.
• Facilities & Capital: oversee safe, clean facilities; conduct monthly walks and inspections; manage permits.
• Annual Turnover Process: plan and execute turnover timelines; coordinate budgets and vendor activities.
• Customer Experience & Sales: maintain experience standards; monitor feedback and drive revenue targets.
