Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a General Manager for a student living community in Statesboro, GA. The role leads operations, staff development, and day-to-day performance to deliver strong occupancy, service quality, and NOI.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in living communities, strong leadership, and proficiency with property management systems (Entrata preferred). The position requires day hours with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing living communities and teams.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong strategic agility and business acumen.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, retain and train exceptional team members.
• Provide leadership, accountability and coaching for staff performance.
• Plan turnover processes and ensure goals and deadlines.
• Oversee staffing, on-call coverage, and vendor management.
• Prepare annual and capital budgets; monitor NOI and revenue targets.
• Maintain property appearance and ensure compliance with codes.
• Drive revenue targets and monitor KPIs.
