Responsibilities

• Lead staff development, recruit and hire through Greenhouse, and provide leadership.
• Manage property operations to ensure safety, cleanliness and high service levels.
• Oversee annual turnover processes, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Drive customer experience and sales to meet revenue targets.
