Job summary

Rockworth Companies seeks a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support day-to-day operations of a residential apartment community. You will assist the property manager, help deliver an exceptional resident experience, and support leasing, administration, and property upkeep activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating rent processes, scheduling tours, maintaining records, and partnering with maintenance to uphold curb appeal and community standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, leasing, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, courteous approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfort using office software and property management systems; RealPage One-site experience is highly preferred.
• Understanding of leasing processes, customer service best practices, and administrative procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations to ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional environment.
• Support leasing efforts, including responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and guiding prospective residents through the application process.
• Provide responsive customer service to current residents and help address questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Prepare lease documents, renewals, notices, and other administrative paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records, files, reports, and resident information in property management systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to track work orders and follow up on resident requests.
• Assist with rent collection, delinquency follow‑up, and basic accounting or billing tasks as directed.
• Support move‑in and move‑out processes, including unit inspections and resident communication.
