Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day operations, meet leasing and financial goals, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects. You will greet visitors, conduct tours, resolve issues, and collaborate with the Community Director to achieve property targets.

You will represent the community professionally, manage communications, and contribute to marketing efforts to attract and retain residents while maintaining brand standards

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Customer experience specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct tours of the community and showcase the property with pride.
• Respond to issues promptly and professionally to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Engage with residents, vendors, and owners in written and phone communications.
• Help drive leasing performance and resident retention through outreach and events.
